The twins were born on the 29/9/06

Hi ya ,
Well i know it has been a very long time since i have posted but i have had a lot happen since then. First of all our beautiful twins were born on the 29/9/06 our daughter was first her name is Grace isabel fay. Her birth weight was 1555 grams. Then our son Izac lucas was born 1 minute later. His birth weight was 1140 grams. They were born at 31 weeks and 6 days gestation. They were delivered by c section early due to my health. Then 15 days later the most terrible thing happened. Our little boy izac died suddenly . We had no warning nothing. It was a huge shock to us and the doctors. Even though he was in intentive care he was stable. Well so everyone thought. It all happened so quick. And to add to the pain he died on his 2year old big brothers birthday. The 14th of october. We are just devestated with his death. We still do not know today what has happened and why he died. Due to the nature of his death he had to have an autopsy done. Still to this day we are hoping for an answer. They are doing specialist testing and we may find out but then again they have also said we may not. It can take up to 3 to 6 months for some kind of answer. We gave him a beautiful funeral we had balloons released and bubbles blown for him. It was very touching. His sister Grace finally come home when she was 6 and a half weeks old. She is now 8 weeks old today. She is doing really well and growing stronger every day. It is her and Oscar that keeps us going. Anyway i better go for now i will chat later.
