Hmmm well even thou restriction is good i think i need to stop eating crap and eat better choice foods. It really is driving nuts yes i know i have lost and stayed the same but i am just wanting more.
But in saying that i know i need to work at it more myself.
Oh yeh guess what????
Our local paper is giving away 150 bikes in 150 days and guess what i won bike number 116.... Woo hoo!!! I won a free bike how good is that :O) I am wrapped to say the least...
Also i went to see my renal specialist the other day and he told me he is so pleased with my health and my weight loss. He wishes more overweight people would consider getting it done. But like he also said you have to be mentally ready to get banded too. Not just physically.
Anyway that is it for me for now. I have been slack blogging due to my laptop getting fixed twice. Yes TWICE! I hope now it is ok and no more money needs to be spent on it. Also our camera has decided to bugger up too so that is a pain in the backside. I wonder if there will be a 3rd thing? There normally is???
