Did you notice i have gone down 1 more in my Bmi. You have got to love that. I know i do. I am only 4 away from where my renal specialist told me i had to be at if i ever need a transplant. To even to be allowed to go onto the list. 30 is the maximum Bmi you are allowed to have. Personally it is a huge achievement for me to reach. I am so looking forward to my Bmi to be 30!
So now i am at 48.2kg's lost i am getting close to my 50kgs lost goal for Christmas. So i have been thinking hard about this and i am going to change my new goal for Christmas/New Year to 55kg's lost.
Who would ave thought that here i would be saying that YES i can loose 55kg's by Christmas. Oh how life has changed for the better. It truly amazes me sometimes:O).
OK that is me for today.
P.s for those who love to see photo's i will put a new one up when i reach 50kg's lost. So stay tuned.

You've done sooooooooo well. That christmas goal is achieveable and even if we miss by a kg well, we'll still be happy right? They are impressive figure and health-wise it's an incredible achievement.

I bet you never realised how strong you actually were! Well you've come a long way.
